I'm running osx 10.7.5, aalto 1.3.1 (vst .32) through ableton live, and the soundplane 3 bridge program.
in short, i'm playing with the vst and seemingly randomly some touches do not produce sound. Specifically, I start at the middle "C" square and go up and down and sometimes when I hit that button again I'm getting no sound output. However, the Soundplane 3 bridge program is registering the touches...

edit: problem completely goes away when i add multiple voices... so I guess it must be picking up a nonexistent touch and not "shutting off" in time for my next press? Hardware or software issue I don't know where to begin but at least I can avoid it.

It's possible to get some ghost notes for now, but the good news is that they will be very low in amplitude. So you can hide the problem as you've shown.
In general avoiding the ghost notes in the software while maintaining sensitivity is a difficult problem. I will keep improving my solution. A new version of the Soundplane client is coming soon.
